Orders & Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees, no surprises.

We currently only ship to the USA and Canada. We're working on expanding to more countries in the future!

We offer one standard shipping method for all orders. It’s reliable, tracked, and designed to get your items to you as smoothly as possible.

Orders typically arrive within 5 to 12 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Please contact us immediately for assistance, we can't guarantee it since we strive for fast shipping and processing.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. You can track the order on 17TRACK or here.

The carrier will usually leave a notice with instructions. You can then reschedule delivery online, pick up the package from a nearby pickup point, or in some cases, your package may be left with a neighbour if safe and allowed in your area.

Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption, and we comply with all PCI-DSS security standards.

No, you won’t be charged any customs or import fees. We handle everything, including duties and taxes. So you can relax and wait for your package without any surprise costs. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
