  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business day from the date of purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • During promotional periods or peak seasons, processing may take 1–3 business days due to high order volume.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.

Orders shipped to **Canada** may be subject to **import duties, taxes, and customs fees**.

6. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

 

Our fulfilment system is automated to ensure fast shipping, which makes cancelling orders after placement extremely difficult. If you need to make changes, you can email us immediately at support@snifylo.com, but we cannot guarantee we'll be able to stop the order in time. We therefore strongly recommend reviewing your cart carefully before finalising your purchase.


7. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

 

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at support@snifylo.com. We will try to update the information before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

Snifylo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.


8. ORDER TRACKING

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.


9. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

 

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Report problems with damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items within 7 days of receipt via email to support@snifylo.com. Include clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will provide you with a solution as quickly as possible (within 1-2 business days).

In cases of lost or undelivered packages, please reach us out at support@snifylo.com so we can investigate with the carrier.

 

10. DELIVERY SCHEDULE

 

We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following business day.
