Thank you for choosing Snifylo. We truly hope your pet loves their new items. Your satisfaction and your pet's happiness are our priority, which is why we have created a clear and fair refund policy, outlined below.
If something isn't quite right, you have the option for a refund. We offer a 30-day return window for most items. To start the process quickly and easily, please contact us through support@snifylo.com.
By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We recommend reading this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN PERIODÂ

For smooth processing, we request that you submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. After these 7 days, return requests can no longer be processed.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
Â
To be eligible for a refund, items must be damaged or defective upon receipt. Non-damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note: We do not accept exchanges. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

Send an email within the return period to support@snifylo.com with the subject line "Return Request [Your Order Number]"
Include in the email:
- Your order number.

The reason for the returnÂ
- A list of the items you wish to return.
Additionally, please note that photos can help us make a quicker and more accurate decision regarding the return. If possible, we kindly ask you to include clear photos of the item(s) with your email.
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Approval (or rejection with reasoning) of your request.
- Instructions and the return address where you should send the package.
Important: Do not send a package back without prior approval and received instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be processed.

4. RETURN COSTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Â
You are responsible for the cost of returning your order. The shipping fee depends on your chosen carrier and the country you are shipping from.
Please note that we are not responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes incurred during the return process. These costs are the customer's responsibility.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage until the return has been received at our warehouse. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit without a valid tracking number or proof of shipment.
5. INSPECTION AND REFUND

- Inspection: Once your return reaches our warehouse, we check if the items meet the conditions (Section 2).
- Approval/Rejection: We will send you an email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. Items that do not meet the conditions will be sent back at your expense or not refunded.
- Payment: Upon approval, the purchase amount (excluding original shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed) will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Timing: This refund will be processed within 3-10 business days of our approval. It may then take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your bank account or on your credit card.
6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Report problems with damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items within 7 days of receipt via email to support@snifylo.com. Include clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will provide you with a solution as quickly as possible (within 1-2 business days).

7. ORDER CANCELLATIONSÂ

Our fulfillment system is automated to ensure fast shipping, which makes cancelling orders after placement extremely difficult. If you need to make changes, you can email us immediately at support@snifylo.com, but we cannot guarantee we'll be able to stop the order in time. We therefore strongly recommend reviewing your cart carefully before finalising your purchase.
